Booking

Please check the pricing and availability page for dates you wish to rent.
The bookings are shown as nights stayed.

Rental weeks are normally from Saturday to Saturday

Check in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 9am.

Many villas limit you to a Saturday check-in or check-out day. We understand that flight prices do reduce if you avoid weekends, so, where we can (during the off-peak season), we will try to work with you on your holiday dates.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

Please contact us by  email to make sure the villa is available for the dates you require.

When you have confirmed the villa's availability we will send you a contract to be print out as a booking form.

 

 

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance plus £320 (Euro 400) breakage / damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

 

Further Details

Linen is changed once per stay, all linen provided, just bring beach towels.  the garden is attended  once a week.
